Improve your school’s look and boost student engagement by providing a reward for your senior class to work toward a goal (such as a higher GPA or improved attendance), while also allowing them to leave a mark on the school by painting ceiling tiles.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAINTING CEILING TILES
- Set a goal for seniors to achieve – be sure the students are aware of the goal and the reward of painting ceiling tiles!
- Find the number of students who achieved that goal.
- Cut paper to fit on ceiling tile.
- Set time for students to paint on paper.
- Have time to dry painted paper.
- Clean up the stations and any messes made.
- When the paint is dry, begin taking tiles down and staple, tape or glue paper onto tiles.
- Place tiles back into ceiling.
ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITIES:
- This doesn’t have to be just for seniors – this could be for any group of students that you want to motivate or recognize for their hard work!
