Elizabeth Dalzell is currently an assistant principal at Horizon Middle School in Colorado Springs, CO. She started her career teaching science at the middle and high school level as well as coaching volleyball and basketball. She has spent her career working in Title 1 schools and has a passion to engage and support at-risk students. Currently, Liz is also an instructor for the International Institute of Restorative Practices as a trainer and leads professional development for schools and districts across the  United States. She is excited to the Champion for the Four Corners Renaissance Region!
